Larry Nessler has been with Furnitureland South for over 10 years and has joined the million dollar club regularly. His 25 plus years of furniture experience includes the design and trademark of the “Millennium mattress” as marketed by Englander, a continuous coil innerspring cushion currently used by several manufacturers, a contoured bed pillow, several orthopedic pillow and convoluted type bed products, as well as the trademarked XL premium quality urethane foam.

Larry has a daughter, son in law, and two spoiled grandchildren. He resides in Archdale, North Carolina and in his down time enjoys fishing, hunting, landscaping and gardening and playing with his two dogs.

“My wife and I recently began looking to replace our living room furniture. We drove down from Virginia Beach on Monday, arrived a little early Tuesday morning to do some free roaming looking around, then met Larry at 10:00 for our appointment. Right off the bat, Larry put us at ease and it became apparent that he was actually listening to not only what we were saying we wanted, but our thought processes as well. He is very genial, professional, and knowledgeable. He allowed us to look around, pointing out several, but not too many, pieces that he thought would fit our needs and desires based on what we had told him.

He has the patience of Job! I never once felt pressured to buy any one particular piece of furniture or pressured to be on our way. In fact, once we had decided on the living room set we wanted and an end table, we parted ways with Larry, but came back a little later to look at some coffee tables. This was very late in the day and although Larry had left, he returned to help us with that final selection of the coffee table. Again, very patient even when after selecting “the” table, on our way out, we saw another table, had a change of heart, and canceled the first one to order the last one.
