Working as a Design Consultant at Furnitureland South for the last 13 years, Martha Vaughan has developed her signature “calm and deliberate” approach to addressing her customers’ design challenges. Her technical training is in graphic design and commercial photography combined with a BA in theology and sociology from Wake Forest University.

Working with both domestic and international clients, Martha’s goal is to create “feel good” living spaces tailored to the life experience stories of each customer. Realizing that one size or style does not fit all, Martha listens to each story, and determines how to begin the search for the perfect sofa, chair or table. Her success is realized when the pieces are found and delivered and the customer enjoys being “at home.”
