Ted Humphrey

Ted Humphrey has a varied and interesting background. He received his degree in theatrical design from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia in 1977. He then followed his dreams to New York City where he worked off-Broadway as a theatrical technician for several years. While in New York he switched careers and worked at Fox television for 6 years where he met his future wife Gail. After having the first of two children, Ted and Gail moved to the Greensboro/High Point community, where Ted worked for many years in television production. In 1996 he turned his focus to retail sales and design in the furniture industry. Ted feels that traveling the world while growing up as an “Army Brat” and living in New York City for ten years, has given him a great understanding for many different cultures, life styles and personalities. He has been called one of the most patient people they have met, by his customers.

While not working Ted and Gail like to spend time in the North Carolina mountains antiquing and supporting the Appalachian State Mountaineers.
