Orange You Glad I Didn’t Say Banana?

That’s right, the new spring trend is Orange! I was a bit skeptical when I first learned of the new color trend for Spring, but as I was out shopping this weekend, I noticed a lot of orange and really liked it! This color adds warmth to any room, and it also sparks creativity and energy. Orange is a friendly, inviting color that brings out enthusiasm and action. Made from the primary colors red and yellow, orange is a more relaxed approach to this color palette.

Adding an orange printed fabric like this dot pattern from Greenhouse Fabrics can create a great accent when used on a throw pillow or an upholstered chair.

Whether you choose to drive right into this orange craze full on or take a more subtle approach, orange is sure to make a splash this Spring.

Knock knock. Who’s there?
