Switching to “Time Out”

I promise I will be good now2When I was a little girl, if I chose to step outside the “good girl box,” there was no pretty little chair facing the corner where I could sit and reflect on changing my ways.  Oh no, immediately, I was confronted by a fresh “switch” that had been newly stripped of its leaves.

My how things have changed! Over time the “switch” has been replaced by the “time out” chair! And one size does not necessarily fit all!  The good news is that as we get older and hopefully wiser, we can seek out a few minutes in “time out” without having to be naughty first.

To create the best experience for reflection, we must find the best chair, and finding the perfect “time out” chair can become a process. While some may choose an overstuffed chair-and-a-half for reading a good book, others may select an oversized rocker-recliner for watching the playoffs.

Regardless of your chair of choice, we can find it together at Furnitureland South. Even if you’ve never been put in “time out” as a disciplinary destination, you may find it to be a great place to get away from it all. A favorite place relax and reflect. Especially if the chair fits…

What would be the best fit for you?
